The Site
Valleyfairzone started out in 2007 as a small project that would cater to those who have been to, or would like to know more about Valleyfair in Shakopee, Minnesota. The site launched on August 14th, 2007, and instantly became the most popular Valleyfair related fansite on the internet. The site has expanded since the opening, and has featured three different versions of the website. The first was launched at site opening, the second version was launched in February of 2009, the third in October of 2009, and Version 4 which you are seeing now was launched August 14, 2010.
This site features a full lineup of dedicated staff members who would like to bring you a highly organized website dedicated to Valleyfair Family Amusement Park. We try our hardest to keep the public informed and up to date with everything regarding the park. Valleyfairzone.com was created so fans of the amusement park Valleyfair in Shakopee, Minnesota could gain knowledge about the park, and participate in discussion about the park. We are in no way affiliated with Valleyfair Family Amusement Park, Valleyfair's parent company Cedar Fair, or any of the parks employees. We try to bring you the highest quality content on the web about the park, and with that in mind, we have refrained from using any photos taken on rides, or in areas of the park that are off limits to the General Public. There are photos taken from behind the scenes in the park, but let us remind you that they were all taken with permission from a park manager or supervisor, and we highly recommend you do not try to go into any restricted areas unless you have strict permission from the park.

We try to bring to you the most accurate content concerning the park. If you see any content on Valleyfairzone that seems inaccurate or false, please contact us and we will remove it, or will fix it to make that piece of content as accurate as possible. Valleyfairzone has many stats of rides located through-out the park, and all of the stats have been copied for accuracy from either Roller Coaster Database (RCDB.com) or Valleyfair's website. Aside from stats, all descriptions and/or info about near everything on the site has been created by Matt Wagner, and may not be used or copied without permission from Matt, or the Valleyfairzone Staff.
Privacy Policy:
You must provide a active Email address on the Valleyfairzone Forums to be able to participate in discussion on the forums. Your email address will not be shared, given out, distributed, or sold to any person or business.
Forum Information:
Valleyfairzone.com cannot be held responsible for information or content (including pictures and other forms of media) posted by our members within the forums. This includes content that goes beyond park rules and boundaries, this content will not be reproduced on the main site as it does not adhere to park rules and regulations. We discourage our members from posting such content in the Forum area.
