Corkscrew


Corkscrew is Valleyfair's first and only inverting roller coaster. The one and a half minute trip takes you through a loop, two corkscrews, and a very scenic ride, as the coaster is set over a pond. The ride itself is 85 feet tall, and reaches a maximum speed of 50 M.p.h. This coaster's entrance can be found near the Ferris Wheel, and across from Monster. Corkscrew's line can get long on summer days, but usually the wait times can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 30 minutes. One of the best places to ride Corkscrew is either in the back car, or in the front seats. The ride isn't the most thrilling in the park, but it is still a ride that you shouldn't miss!
