2012 Valleyfair Upgrades

While Valleyfair didn't receive any new rides or major attractions for the 2012 season, workers were working around the clock throughout the offseason in order to prepare the park for an extremely progressive year at the park! With new restaurants, games, queue lines, and much more being added, 2012 will be a fantastic season full of infrastructural upgrades, and more fun than ever before!

General Upgrades

Caribou Coffee - Caribou Coffee has been added to Valleyfair's lineup of fantastic eateries, and is located in the same building as Plaza Shopper in the front of the park.

Dickey's Barbecue - A local favorite, Dickey's Barbecue, has been replaced Austin Blue's BBQ, which is directly in front of the Planet Snoopy Plaza.

Fast-Lane - A new "Skip the Line" concept launched by Cedar Fair for the 2012 season, guests can skip the lines on rides such as Wild Thing, Monster, Thunder Canyon, and many more rides! For official information on Fast-Lane, please click here.

ADA Park Upgrades - Valleyfair has upgraded many walkways, countertops, and services all around the park to meet required ADA standards. Changes include elevators on some rides, and new ramps & entrances on some attractions.

Thunder Canyon Cannons - Guests now have the ability to soak their friends on the popular Thunder Canyon water ride for only 25 cents.
